Simple and economical apparatus to  demonstrate the elasticity of gases using this simple instrument. Consists of a graduated plastic syringe mounted on wooden block and lubricated piston of the syringe mounted on another platform. When we pressurize at top of block  piston compresses the air inside syringe increasing the pressure and corresponding volume can be read directly from syringe graduation.
